This 8 week program is for folks struggling with professional burnout, “hustle culture” and balancing work demands with life outside of work.
Self-care is so much more than a bubble bath. It entails respecting the temporalities inherent in our bodies by gifting it with rest, pause and pleasure. This also means actively prioritizing your mental and physical well-being by setting boundaries, advocating for your needs and taking steps to protect your health, even if it means going against societal expectations or workplace norms, essentially pushing back against toxic work culture to prioritize your well being.
This group will equip you with practical, mindful tools to not only survive and pay your bills but thrive and live fuller lives.
